Today, as we strive to be the global leader in convenient foods and beverages by winning with purpose, these partners will be even more crucial to meeting the changing needs of customers and consumers.

We firmly believe that diversity in all aspects of our work is essential to strengthening our business and the communities that are the foundation of our success.

Hear what our vendors have to say:

Not only do they want to hear from women in business, they want to utilize women in business and they listen. And I think that's the most important thing about our relationship with PepsiCo as a woman owned business.

My father started growing potatoes in 1981, and PepsiCo was his first customer. It's hard for a black grower to get a fair hand… that's all he wanted was a level playing field. PepsiCo has helped give us a fair hand.
